Warranty

Deeptime manufactures its products to very high standards and we are confident our products will perform well. Accordingly, we warranty our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original owner, for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. 

This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, faulty ancillary equipment, modifications, unauthorised repair, shipping damage or loss, abuse, accidents, use on improper voltage/current, lightning or other acts of God, normal wear and tear, commercial use, or purchase from unauthorised dealers. Proof of purchase as evidence the unit was purchased from an authorised dealer within the warranty period may be required for warranty service. Should service be necessary, please do NOT return the product without first contacting your dealer or Deeptime s.r.o. 

This warranty is non-transferable. Deeptime will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or damages caused by this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential damages, therefore, these restrictions may not apply to you.


Returns / Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with any of our products, please contact us directly on studio@deeptime.limited for a return authorisation number. Please have the item number, description of the problem and serial number handy. All returns must have a return authorisation number (RA) marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item. 

Likewise, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must do so within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please contact us toll free with your order number and serial number so that we can provide you with the return authorisation number and the return shipping address needed to process the return within a timely manner. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. To avoid any charges, all returns and exchanges must include the original packing material, product box, any and all accessories which may include, power cords, external cables, connection cables, accessories and instruction manuals.

Refunds generally will appear within one to two billing statements on the same card used to make the original purchase.
